Artist Biography

Stafford Gaffney is an emerging multidisciplinary artist from Taranaki, Aotearoa, New Zealand, living and working in the Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. In February 2022 Gaffney completed a Bachelor of Fine Art at the National Art School majoring in painting, in Sydney , Australia. Gaffney was selected for the Australian Galleries NAS Graduate Award exhibition in January 2023. . In 2018 Gaffney completed a Diploma of Visual Arts at Newcastle Art School majoring in sculpture.
